Appreciate helping us out at the last moment. I had someone lined up prior to the storm to plow us as we were on vacation. After getting stuck in London for an extra few days due to our flight being cancelled 3x, my family and I were relieved to be back in the states but, beyond exhausted. However, as we arrived into the states and still had a 6 hour drive ahead to make it home, I was informed that my driveway did not get plowed. The last thing I wanted to deal with at 3a, after being up for over 24 hours, was my driveway. I found Ocare through the Westfield Community forum and sent an urgent message around 8pm. Never having used them before, I did not know what to expect. I received a message right back that recognized the bind I was in. Within an hour of my message, my driveway was handled for a very reasonable cost especially given it was a last minute request late in the evening! Can’t say thank you enough!
